Making Room for Baby

One bunk bed coming up (started building 10-19-13)

And the toddler bunk bed is done and in its place! The bed was done on Monday but because of the huge mess in the house, Hubby was not able to get the bed into the room this week by himself. Then, we had some awesome friends who came to help clean up as well as help move the bed in its place. Such a huge load off our shoulders! Thank you!

In addition, because of this help, Hubby was freed up to host a fundraiser paintball game and raise several hundred dollars for a friend headed to Haiti on a missions trip.

That is the work of the church body...

I want to add that it was quite humbling to let others see my house in such bad condition, but as I think about when I would have gotten those things that were done today done, I don't know when they would have gotten done. I asked Hubby to stay home on Friday so that I could stay in bed all day. I was in so much pain on Thursday that I couldn't even sit in my comfy rocking chair to supervise the girls. That bed rest was so necessary as I felt so much better today! Therefore that's how much more I appreciated the help because I was able to rest and even though I didn't know the help was coming, God knew and He allowed that rest for me :) Praise the Lord!
