So the weird thing about Homeschooling is that you can be at different levels at different times. We started our new school year back in July and half of the material was new material for the new school new year while the other half was finishing up material from last year. Child 2 completed the requirements I set for her to complete Kindergarten yesterday. As a reward, we took her out for dessert after dinner, CFA Cookies and Cream Milkshake.
Math (Saxon 1) with an A
Reading (Pathway's Grade 1 Readers 1 & 2) with an A
Art (Scholastic's Follow Directions & Draw it All by Yourself) with an A
Congratulations, Child 2!!! Proud of you!!! We don't usually stress Grade Levels, but I guess you could say that Child 2 is now officially a 1st Grader!!!
